Green hydrogen will scale faster and more fairly when women are represented in technical roles, project leadership, policy tables, and investment conversations. WIGH is our initiative to recruit, retain, and raise the profile of women in this sector—through targeted outreach, skills initiatives, and safe spaces to share experience.
We work alongside national partners, industry, and academia to reduce barriers to entry, support mid-career moves into hydrogen, and highlight women-led work in communities and in the field.
Green hydrogen succeeds when the people building it reflect the communities it serves.
